The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) will revise the current Physical Education Content Standards. As a part of this process, a statewide committee of representative content specialists shall be established and maintained to review, revise, or develop new content standards.

This three-part learning series is designed to provide educators with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to address a variety of students' needs in reading.

In an effort to reduce learning loss and enhance learning recovery for North Dakota K-12 students, the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction and partnering agencies will lead a statewide Summer Reading initiative, which includes a kickoff event on Wednesday, June 21, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Capitol Lawn in Bismarck. 

NDDPI, in partnership with the North Dakota State Library and the Bank of North Dakota's College SAVE program, is hosting a statewide Summer Reading Challenge for North Dakota K-12 students. Students who complete the challenge through a participating public library will be eligible to receive a 529 contribution from College SAVE, and all participating public public libraries will receive a grant from NDDPI.

LETRS® is a professional development that provides teachers with an understanding of scientifically based best practices for instructional routines, activities, and approaches.

2 Volumes of Content put into eight online learning units + benefit from Virtual Connects & In-Person Debriefs. Each volume takes one year to complete and consists of four content units.

The NDDPI is seeking input on the second draft of the revised North Dakota Mathematics Content Standards.

This course provides district- and school-level instructional leaders with the scientifically based knowledge and tools needed to close the research-to-practice gap.

NDSOR Leading for Impact Flyer

The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) has implemented a statewide opportunity for nonprofit organizations in North Dakota to submit an external organization profile application to be vetted and included on a list of prescreened eligible providers with specific expertise in afterschool programming.

The NDDPI is currently seeking individuals to serve on this committee to review the prospective drafts of the state content standards in English Language Arts, prepared by a separate committee of content specialists from K-12 schools and school districts, and higher education institutions in North Dakota.
