The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction provides professional services and guidelines to administer the North Dakota A-PLUS (ND A+), North Dakota Alternate Assessment (NDAA), and the ACCESS for ELLs in accordance with state and federal law. The NDDPI coordinates the National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP) in accordance with federal laws through the Department of Education.
