The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) Child Nutrition and Food Distribution (CNFD) is partnering with the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (NDHHS) to implement the 2025 Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (Summer EBT) program.  This program provides food assistance benefits to households with school-age children eligible for free or reduced-priced school meals during the summer when they don't have access to meals at school.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
