Q: North Dakota law and administrative rules have a number of deadlines affecting evaluations of teachers and administrators, non-renewal deadlines, and the like. How are these to be handled?
A: The Department of Public Instruction has submitted this list of deadlines that are included in the North Dakota Century Code and administrative rules, and asked that these deadlines be waived until further notice.
