Levi Bachmeier is the state superintendent of schools for the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction.
The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) was signed into law on December 10, 2015. It reauthorizes the 1965 Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), which was previously NCLB.
The school dashboard Insights provides an opportunity for schools to showcase and highlight strengths in their building while providing transparency to the public.
