Consultadd, the data migration vendor, began District outreach in December 2025 in phases based upon the dates that districts worked out with Infinite Campus to have their data available within Infinite Campus. In accordance with this timeline, districts are scheduling initial Kickoff meetings with districts between December 2025 and the middle of March 2026. Simultaneously, the Consultadd team is working to transform extracted PowerSchool data into the required file layouts for Infinite Campus. When these file layouts are ready, Consultadd will work with districts to begin data validation activities with data files shared through a form of secure file transfer with unique login credentials for each district. We anticipate preliminary data validation activities will last into April 2026. There will be additional data validation activities occurring when the final 2025-2026 academic year data is extracted from PowerSchool after June 30, 2026 with this data being finalized in Infinite Campus from July to September 2026.
