State Board of Public School Education

The State Board of Public School Education is a seven-member board, consisting of the State Superintendent, and a representative from the seven regions of the state. The State Board meets every third Monday of the month, except for the months of July and December. The State Board has the final decision on all annexations, dissolutions, and reorganizations for the school districts in North Dakota.  All the final decisions become effective July 1st.
