This session is intended for both district technology coordinators and 21st Century Program Directors and will provide information on the processes, responsibilities, and system setup needed to effectively manage these programs in the new student information system. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of the steps their school or district should take to ensure accurate program participation tracking, reporting, and ongoing program management as part of the BRIDGE transition.

We encourage you to bookmark the dashboard and share it with staff throughout your district.

Student Records Transfers

As a reminder, schools and districts should be using the Infinite Campus Student Records Transfer process whenever a student moves from one North Dakota district to another. Utilizing the transfer process helps ensure student information is shared securely and efficiently, reduces duplicate records, and supports data accuracy across districts. The process requires action/participation from both districts impacted by the transfer. Here is a summary of how the process works:

  1. Receiving district finds student via Student Locator wizard and enrolls them at their district/school
  2. Receiving district requests a student records transfer
  3. Former district responds to a student records transfer request
  4. Receiving district receives released records from former district
  5. Receiving district completes the records transfer by importing and/or entering the relevant data

Note: Registrar staff will need the appropriate tool rights to initiate and release student transfers, as well as use various data import wizards after a student is released. For more information visit: Student Records Transfer Tool Rights | Infinite Campus.
