The North Dakota 21st CCLC goals and objectives were collaboratively developed by program directors from across the state, reflecting our shared commitment to supporting students, families, and communities. Together, this statewide team identified the key priorities that guide our work—fostering student engagement, boosting academic growth, reducing disparities, strengthening family partnerships, and preparing youth for future success. The information below highlights these unified goals and the objectives that help ensure every 21st CCLC program in North Dakota provides high-quality, meaningful opportunities for all students.
Goal 1: 21st CCLC students will show increases in student engagement and exhibit positive behavior change.

As part of North Dakota’s 21stCCLC grant program, specific 21st CCLC programs will be evaluated based on a range of program qualities (summarized below) which are based upon a logic model of the state’s 21stCCLC program.
