• Allows school districts to serve meals through the Summer Food Service Program at school or non-school sites during unanticipated school closures
• Allows Summer Food Service Program sites to serve takeaway meals during COVID-19 school closures

• Waiver to Allow Meal Service Time Flexibility in the Child Nutrition Programs

• Allows Meal Pattern Flexibility in the Child Nutrition Programs
• Allows Parents and Guardians to Pick Up Meals for Children without children present
• Allows Community Eligibility Provision State Reporting Deadlines

• Waives Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Monitoring Requirements for State agencies
• Waives SFSP Monitoring Requirement for Sponsors
• Waives Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Monitoring Requirements State Agencies
• Waives CACFP Monitoring Requirements for Sponsors
• Waives School Nutrition Program Requirements for State Agencies and Sponsors
• Waives area eligibility requirement for open sites for SFSP sponsors in good standing through June 30, 2020.  Allows SFSP and SSO sponsors in good standing to operate open sites in areas approved by NDDPI based on economic hardship, but that are not located in areas in which poor economic conditions exist.
