The Utilization Review Nurse exists to analyze medical information and proposed treatment plans submitted by providers to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of procedures and services. This position ensures the utilization review process is compliant with WSI administrative laws and establishes professional rapport with providers and WSI staff. As a Compliance Officer III, you will be responsible for ensuring BND's adherence to federal banking regulations, state laws, and industry standards. You will also be responsible for developing, testing, and reporting on adherence to federal banking regulations and laws and ensure compliance issues are tracked until resolution is reached. You will need to work in partnership with BND departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration is essential with internal audit and quality assurance partners to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. You will be responsible to coordinate, develop the scope, and review the quality of any outsourced compliance testing. Participation will be required in projects across the Bank to provide compliance consulting for products or services being implemented. This position will need to develop compliance training programs for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.Other duties:Participate in the SAR team and weigh in on investigations.Review cases generated by the Bank's anti-money laundering system.Serve as the primary backup to Bank Secrecy Act activities.Facilitate meetings with Compliance Council, tax groups, and Student Loans to help implement state servicing and licensing laws.Maintain a certification in BSA/AML and Compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor's degree with a major in business or finance and four years compliance, audit or other applicable work experience. As a Temporary Maintenance Technician, you will perform highway, roadway, and structure maintenance. You will complete highway maintenance duties, which include roadway repairs, assisting in installing, repairing, and maintaining highway signs and guardrails. To complete these tasks and others assigned, you will operate power tools and other equipment to perform maintenance duties. Part of this job is to keep the roadways clear of any hazards, this includes litter, waste, debris, garbage. Assisting with traffic control setup and flagging will also be required.You will also be required to complete building and ground maintenance duties, such as tree trimming, mowing, painting, fence repair, gutter/downspout cleaning. As well as assisting with inventory tracking/storage. You will also perform minor preventive and repair maintenance on vehicles and equipment, parts runs, and assisting in the shop.An important part of this position and the culture at the NDDOT is to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your coworkers, and others.
