Join us for Community Services Virtual Office Hours, a monthly, topic-focused series hosted by the Office of Community Development and Rural Prosperity. Each session highlights a different area of community services, programs, or resources available through the North Dakota Department of Commerce.
Sessions may include a brief presentation and be led by staff from across the Division of Community Services or other Commerce divisions, offering a direct line to subject-matter experts and program leads.

Stump Lake Village Threshing Bee
Join us for an exciting step back into history at our Threshing Bee. We start each day with a thresherman's breakfast of pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, Langdon sausage, chokecherry syrup! Demonstrations to watch include grain threshing, sawmill, Lefse making, butter churning, blacksmithing, ropemaking, broom making, spinning wool, small engine display. There is a huge indoor craft show both days, and food vendors on site. A parade at 2 pm each day is fun to watch or participate in. Live music in the Main Hall is always a treat.
