North Dakota getting younger

The U.S. Census Bureau released it's annual demographic information and North Dakota is the only state in the union to get younger.

The 2020 census is on the way when agents will be walking up to the door. While we're getting ready for that, the department has let us know that North Dakota is the only state in the union getting younger.
