The Legislative Committee of the North Dakota Behavioral Health Planning Council will meet Jan. 29 from 11 a.m. to noon CT by video conference. The public is welcome to attend.

The Behavioral Health Planning Council is a citizen advisory group that includes people with lived experience and other stakeholders. Its Legislative Committee consists of the council’s executive committee and other selected council members.

The meeting agenda includes a review of the 2021 Legislative Assembly calendar of business for the weeks of January 25 and February 1. Members will also discuss the current standing of the executive budget for the North Dakota Department of Human Services, in addition to other identified legislative activity.
