Keep in mind the food list is not limited to those options, however, they are healthier choices. 

Individuals should be consuming a PFC every 3 hours within the portion sizes, which breaks down to 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. 

If someone is training for an event they may need a higher caloric intake. 

Make sure to be taking in enough water.  For women who feel like they are bloated, they may not be drinking enough water to filter their body, that or their sodium content may be too high.

 

50 Minute Workout   

  • The cardio component included in this workout is a skicross, if you do not have a skicross, use a rowing machine, jump rope, treadmill etc.

20 Minute Workout

  • If you have a cable machine, attach an ankle strap and a lower weight factor to start around 5lbs to establish form and balance.  The safety get up is based on BJJ and includes the kick to the knee, so if you are getting up R right then you should be throwing a right kick from the bottom.  Perform all exercises on one side before switching to the other.
