On Monday, June 29, at 11 a.m., the public is invited to watch Gov. Kelly Armstrong and State Historical Society of North Dakota Director Bill Peterson ring North Dakota's Liberty Bell replica. This will be the first official ringing of the bell inside of the ND Heritage Center & State Museum.
