The Innovation Technology Loan Fund (LIFT) Committee awarded the first round of funding for the loan program last week.

With census day fast approaching, cities and towns all across North Dakota are doing their best to make sure everyone is counted, and that includes Lincoln, where getting the count could bring major upgrades to the city.

Counting Class Clay is an initiative started by five NDSU students to try and educate those in the community about why it’s so important to participate in the census.

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL and GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA -- Drone safety company ParaZero Technologies Ltd (ASX: PRZ), together with the Northern Plains UAS Test Site (NPUASTS), have completed the testing and compliance process for ParaZero’s newest SafeAir system, in accordance with ASTM F3322-18.

ASTM F3322-18 Standard Specification for Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Parachutes was designed to enable civil aviation authorities (CAAs), like the FAA, to determine whether a parachute system is airworthy for flight over human beings. Among other requirements, the standard includes 45 successful aerial deployment tests across various failure scenarios, verified by a third-party. NPUASTS has continued to work with ParaZero to provide this latest third-party validation.

A recently released update on Census-driven federal funding distribution to the states shows North Dakota receives the second-lowest amount of funding at $3.8 billion.
