Commerce launches COVID-19 business and employer resources page

The North Dakota Department of Commerce today announced the launch of a new webpage dedicated to business and employer resources affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).


State health officials confirm eight additional cases of COVID-19 in North Dakota, make changes to testing prioritization

The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDOH) today confirmed eight additional cases of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in residents from Burleigh and Morton counties. Six individuals have a history of travel and two individuals are community spread. So far in North Dakota, 508 individuals have been tested, 493 were negative, 15 are positive and 1 of the individuals is hospitalized.   


Commerce encourages businesses to prepare for SBA Disaster Loan application

 The North Dakota Department of Commerce today announced that businesses experiencing or forecasting financial strain relating to the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are highly encouraged to begin preparing a Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan application.
