Gov. Kelly Armstrong, R-N.D., will join state tourism officials in Medora on Wednesday in highlighting the historic upcoming summer tourism season in North Dakota, including the celebrations of America’s 250th birthday and the grand opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.
