- National Anthem by the Governor's Band St. Mary’s Central High School Wind Orchestra of Bismarck
- Remarks by Bill Peterson, Director of State Historical Society of North Dakota and Chair of the ND250 Commission
1:30 pm - Performances in Auditorium
- Jack Dalrymple, former governor and author of Oliver Dalrymple and His Bonanza Farm
