Executive Summary:
The Office of the State Auditor conducted an audit follow-up on the performance audit of the Department of Commerce (report #3027) dated August 11, 2009. The objective of this follow-up audit was to determine the status of the 50 recommendations included in the performance audit report.
Findings:
As a result of the follow-up review, 38 recommendations were determined to be fully implemented, 10 were determined to be partially implemented, and 2 were determined to be not implemented.
