Executive Summary:
The Office of the State Auditor conducted an audit follow-up on the performance audit of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (report #3025) dated August 22, 2007. The object of this follow-up audit was to determine the status of the 35 recommendations included in the performance audit report.
Findings:
As a result of the follow-up review, 28 recommendations were determined to be fully implemented, 6 were determined to be partially implemented, and 1 was determined to be not implemented.
