Electronic Permits

If you are a PSC (Permit Service Company) and an account has already been setup you must join the existing company profile when logging in. Do NOT setup multiple company profiles. Please see our help document for additional information.

The following types of permits are available online:

  • Fuel
  • Trip (In lieu of registration)
  • Longer Combination Vehicle(LCV)
  • 10% Weight Exemption Harvest
  • 10% Weight Exemption Wintertime
  • Custom Comine Permit-Resident
  • Custom Combine-Non Resident
  • Interstate
  • Self-Issue Interstate
  • Seasonal

    • Step 1.

    In order to use this online service, you must have a State of North Dakota Login ID. If you already have a State of North Dakota Login ID, please proceed to step 2 to use your current State of North Dakota Login ID. What is a State of North Dakota Login ID?
    Sign up for a State of North Dakota Login ID (Note: You will be required to create a User ID and password, please keep this information in a safe place.)

    Step 2.

    Download and install Adobe Reader. Open and accept the license aggreement before purchasing permit.

    •Make online payments using credit or debit card. All payment charges will be in US dollars. The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
