STATE AUDITOR’S OFFICE Names BRIAN JOHNSON dEPUTY STATE AUDITOR
Bismarck, N.D. – The North Dakota State Auditor’s Office has named Brian Johnson as Deputy State Auditor.
Johnson will assist in driving our agency towards its vision of a diverse team committed to generating greater value for taxpayers.
"Brian’s unique background with law enforcement and as a state’s attorney will be a great asset for the State of North Dakota," State Auditor Josh Gallion said. “His extensive knowledge and experience will help the State Auditor’s Office lead the way in providing truthful, objective and independent information.”
A native of New England, ND, Johnson previously served as assistant state’s attorney in Burleigh County. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University in criminal justice, his Law Enforcement Certification from Lake Region State College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota Law School.
