BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions (NDDFI) Commissioner Lise Kruse has issued orders suspending Monica Trevino Trousdale and Brianna Ricks from employment or otherwise participating in the affairs of any bank, credit union, financial institution, or any other entity licensed by NDDFI.
Pursuant to North Dakota Century Code, the orders provide that Trevino Trousdale and Ricks are perpetually prohibited from employment or participation in the affairs of any financial corporation, financial institution, credit union, or any other entity licensed by NDDFI.

To protect the public and the depositors of state financial corporations and institutions, the State Banking Board and Commissioner have the authority under NDCC § 6-01-04 to make and enforce such orders as necessary.
