Insurance Premium Reduction Courses
The North Dakota Highway Patrol, as directed by N.D.C.C. 26.1-25-04.1 and Article 38-08 of the North Dakota Administrative Rules, is authorized to approve courses which would qualify an individual for insurance premium reductions.
A sponsoring agency that proposes to offer a motor vehicle crash prevention course to the public that would quality for an insurance premium reduction shall submit a completed Sponsoring Agency Application (pdf) to the superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The courses listed below have been approved by the superintendent. Each course must be renewed and reapproved every two years.
