The North Dakota Highway Patrol, as directed by ND Century Code 26.1-25-04.1 and Article 38-08 of the North Dakota Administrative Rules, is authorized to approve courses which would qualify an individual for insurance premium reductions.

A sponsoring agency that proposes to offer a motor vehicle crash prevention course to the public which would quality for an insurance premium reduction shall submit a completed Sponsoring Agency Application (pdf) to the superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The courses listed below have been approved by the superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Each course must be renewed and reapproved every two years.
