BISMARCK, N.D.  –  The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in the case of Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency. The Supreme Court narrowed federal Clean Water Act jurisdiction to only wetlands that are “indistinguishable” from larger bodies of water “due to a continuous surface connection.”

BISMARCK – North Dakota farmers and pesticide dealers who have chlorpyrifos insecticide products made by two manufacturers can now arrange to return the products. Corteva Agriscience and ADAMA US have been given permission by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to take back the chemicals.
