Memorial Day Flags
Governor Jack Dalrymple has proclaimed Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, a day of prayer in North Dakota, and has directed all state government agencies to fly the American and North Dakota flags at half-staff from sunrise until noon on the 25th.

50th Anniversary Event at Fort Abraham Lincoln

Free Admission for Military Personnel
There's free admission into all ND state parks on Memorial Day, May 25, for past and present military personnel.
Library Loan for State Park Passes
Visit your local library to check out a State Park Pass. The Pass waives the daily vehicle fee at any North Dakota State Park.

State Fleet Vehicle Auction - Fargo
The Department of Transportation will be holding a ND State Fleet vehicle auction on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, 11 am at 503 38th Street South, Fargo, ND.
Game and Fish Department
Free Fishing Days
This year's Free Fishing Days occur on June 6 and 7. For these two days, the public can fish without purchasing a license. To learn more about fishing in North Dakota, visit the Game and Fish Department website.
Deer Application deadline
Deer gun and muzzleloader hunters are reminded that Deer Hunting License lottery applications are due June 3, 2015.
