Served in Company H, 349th Infantry, to May 16, 1918; Company A, 358th Infantry, to death. Grade: Private 1st Class, July 15, 1918. Overseas from June 20, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensive: St. Mihiel. Defensive Sector: Villers-en-Haye (Lorraine).
