Registered Walsh county. Born, Park River, N. Dak., Feb. 17, 1891, of Norwegian-American parents. Occupation - farmer. Enlisted at Jefferson Barracks, Mo., on Dec. 8, 1917. Served in 336th Aero Squadron, to (date not given); 674th Aero Supply Squadron, to July 7, 1918; 319th Aero Service Squadron, to death. Grade: Corporal, April 1, 1918. Overseas from July 31, 1918, to death.
