Name included on the All Veterans Memorial at State Capitol in Bismarck ND.

Served in Company F, 5th Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to April 20, 1918; Headquarters Company, 137th Infantry, to death. Overseas from May 3, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Gerardmer (Alsace); Grange-le-Comte (Lorraine).
