Monitors information technology projects with budgets of $500,000 and up, and for projects under $500,000 that the state CIO has determined require monitoring, in accordance with ND Century Code (Chapters 54-10, 54-35, and 54-59), and Project Management for Information Technology Projects (STD009-05).
