A Tuesday morning power outage at the Capitol prompted ITD to turn off equipment in the datacenter when backup generators surged and damaged an electrical transformer. Power resumed at 6:00 p.m., and ITD immediately began restoring core services. Technicians continued their efforts throughout the night to bring additional services online. By morning, all systems were stabilized.
