ICS 100 Williston

ICS 100 will be offered July 31, 2018 at the Williams County/Williston EOC
located at 3300 37th St. West., Williston, ND. Class will begin at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm each day. (Lunch is on your own). Williams County Emergency management Director Mike Smith will lead this training. There is no charge to attend and it is open to both our public and private partners.

This training is POST Board approved. To receive completion certificates and meet NIMS Compliance for these courses, all attendees will need to have a FEMA SID Number with them when they come to class. If you do not have a number one can be obtained at the following website: https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid.

ICS 100, Introduction to the Incident Command System, introduces the Incident Command System (ICS) and provides the foundation for higher level ICS training. This course describes the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of the Incident Command System. It also explains the relationship between ICS and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

Please bring a laptop computer to class as course materials will be provided only in a digital format.

Primary Audience:
Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medical Service (EMS), Elected and Appointed Officials, Volunteer Organizations, Emergency Management, and people involved with emergency planning, response, and/or recovery efforts.
