Awards and Recognition
Recognition is essentially positive feedback that lets employees know they are valued and appreciated by their coworkers and the organization. To have the greatest impact in the workplace, recognition activities should also reinforce and encourage work that advances employee, departmental, or organizational values and goals. What we will cover in this training session are the ten things that can help drive improvements in each agency where we work.
This training session is open to any state employees in a supervisory/management position, as well as any staff that perform human resource functions for any state agency.
