Registered Adams county. Born, Vienna, Austria, March 24, 1895. Naturalized citizen. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Hettinger on July 26, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 2nd Company, 1st Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 17, 1918; Company C, 40th Infantry, to death.
