Directions and parking
The Department's main office is located in the state capitol building on the fifth floor, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck (map). The main office houses the following divisions: Administration, Agent Licensing, Legal/Enforcement and Product Filing.
The Department's south office is located at 1701 S. 12th St., Bismarck, near University Drive. The south office houses the Consumer Assistance Center and the Special Funds Division.
A third Bismarck location houses the Examinations and Company Licensing Division.
