Directions and parking
The Department's main office is located in the state capitol building on the fifth floor. Free parking is available around the loop south of the capitol building and in the parking lot west of the Department of Transportation building. The main office houses the following divisions: Administration, Agent Licensing, Consumer Protection and Legal.
The Department's south office is located at 1701 S. 12th St., Bismarck, between Bismarck Expressway and University Drive. Free parking is available on the west side of the building. The south office houses the following divisions: Examinations and Company Licensing, Prescription Connection, Special Funds and State Health Insurance Counseling.
