November 2010: Updated WMS for NDDOT Road Conditions
We've been working to revamp the web services on the GIS Hub. If you are using the NDDOT Road Conditions WMS (Web Map Service) please check to be sure that you are using the new URL as we will be shutting down the old URL at some point in the near future.
You should be using:
http://ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/services/Applications/DOT_RoadConditions/MapServer/WMSServer
which is the URL to use within your application, including ArcGIS Desktop. Clicking on this link on this page will return an error.
