RFP for IT & GIS Professional Services Contract Pool
The Information Technology Department has developed a Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT and GIS professional services. Once in place, this new pool will replace the individual IT and GIS contract pools that are currently in place. From the RFP:
The STATE has an ongoing need for Information Technology (IT) professionals in a variety of job classifications for both project-based and staff-augmentation work. The STATE plans to meet this need by awarding source-of-supply contracts to multiple vendors. Once these contracts are in place, State agencies will use a structured work order request process to obtain IT professional services in various IT Contract Pool Categories. There are three GIS categories within this RFP:
- GIS Business Analyst
- GIS Programmer/Analyst
- GIS Technical and Data Services Specialist
