Full GIS Technical Committee
Membership
The North Dakota Full GIS Technical Committee (GISTC) was established in 1995 by Executive Order 1995-05, and re-affirmed by Executive Order 2001-06. As per the executive orders, membership of the Full GISTC is composed of state agencies not already a member of the GISTC, local federal agencies, and members of the business community.
The Full GISTC meets annually, providing an environment for all interested GIS professionals to meet with one another and exchange ideas, data, and concerns. The Full GISTC is composed of sections, or groups of people that share similar interests. At the annual meetings, each section reports on the status of GIS within their groups. It is expected that as GIS grows within North Dakota, that we will be adding new Sections to this list.
