1. DOCR Irrigated Crop Lease Bid
The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("DOCR") is proposing to lease 313 acres of DOCR land, more or less, for crop use.
Sealed bids will be accepted for crop land located south of 48th Avenue and West of Washington, in Burleigh County.
2. DOCR Crop Pasture Lease Bid The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("DOCR") is proposing to lease 114 acres of DOCR land, more or less, for pasture use, and 181 acres of DOCR land, more or less, for crop use.Separate sealed bids will be accepted for either pasture or crop land located east of the Apple Creek Elementary School on 93rd Southeast, in Burleigh County.
