The Counseling and Psychtherapy Center:
The Counseling & Psychotherapy Center (CPC), Inc.'s Sex Offender Management and Treatment Program is made up of clinical and criminal justice professionals who have invested their careers in a victim centered response to sexual assault crimes through the entire criminal justice process. We know that most sex offenders will be released from prison or jail and return to the community. CPC is dedicated to working with victims to reduce the risk of these offenders committing another crime.

The Rape and Abuse Crisis Center (RACC of Fargo-Moorhead is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide crisis intervention, advocacy and counseling services free of charge to all persons affected by domestic violence or sexual abuse and to provide education and prevention on programs to end personal violence in society.
Community Violence Intervention Center – Grand Forks Co The CVIC provides Grand Forks County with the Abuse and Rape Crisis Program, Crime and Victim Witness Program, Prevention and Education Program, Domestic Violence and Offender Treatment Program, Wishing Well Child Visitation Program and other special projects. Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center – Stark Co The DVRCC provides the Dickinson area with service for victims. Some of services available are protection orders, women’s support groups, supervised visitations and exchanges at Family Connection Safe Visitation Center, 24 hour crisis line, safe sheltering and Victim/Witness programs in Adams, Bowman, Hettinger and Slope counties. Domestic Violence Crisis Center – Ward Co. The DVCC provides comprehensive services in a four county area in north-central North Dakota. The counties DVCC serves are: Ward (including the Minot Air Force Base), Pierce, McHenry, and Renville.

Abused Adult Resource Center- Burleigh Co. “The Abused Adult Resource Center (AARC) headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota, has been helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault for more than 20 years. It serves families and individuals in distress throughout south central North Dakota. Office for Victims of Crime – “The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) was established by the 1984 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) to oversee diverse programs that benefit victims of crime.
