The JRCC 4th floor male housing unit is a 91 one bed housing unit with 12 dorms housing 4, 5, 6 or 7 bunks. This housing unit is assigned to hold medium custody inmates. The 4th floor housing unit has a treatment staffed office located on the floor for inmate access. Inmates in this housing unit are managed and supervised during scheduled meals, work, treatment, education and recreation. Unit management staff oversees the daily operations of the unit. Inmates residing on the 4th floor housing unit are assigned a staff case worker for fielding issues/concerns and for release preparation. Unit management staff on the 4th floor housing unit maintain accountability of their assigned inmates at all times.
4th floor housing unit staff will conduct 30 day contacts with inmates assigned to the housing unit. The 4th floor housing unit case manager will assist the inmate with discharge planning 90 days prior to release.
