Third floor is a 91 cubicle occupancy general housing unit for males. There are 17 total dorms. Each dorm contains a sink, toilet, and cubicle space occupied with a closet, desk, and mattress. Most dorms contain a shower within, while the remainder of the dorms utilize a common shower area. There are six dorms that consist of seven inmates to each dorm that also contain one bunk bed, six dorms consisting of six inmates, and four dorms consisting of two inmates in each that occupy bunk beds.
This housing unit is assigned to hold inmate custody levels of minimum and medium. The majority of these residents have been recommended anger management treatment. Residents in this housing unit are controlled and monitored during scheduled meals, work, treatment, education, and recreation. Unit management staffs oversee the daily operations of the unit. Residents residing on third floor are assigned a staff caseworker for fielding issues/concerns and for release preparation. Unit Management Staff on third floor maintain accountability of their assigned residents at all times.
