To apply for assistance, complete the Child Care Assistance Application and/or contact your local County Social Service Office. If you are in need of other financial assistance programs, you may also benefit by completing the Application for Assistance.
To find out if you qualify as a relative child care provider, complete and submit the Application For Approval For Relative Child Care Provider.
To find state and federal programs that you may potentially be eligible for, visit GovBenefits and complete the online survey. This is only a screening tool, and not all North Dakota programs are included in the GovBenefits tool. The only way to know if you are eligible for financial assistance programs in North Dakota is to complete the application process.
