Services: Application for Enforcement Services

To apply for child support services from North Dakota Child Support Enforcement you may submit your application:

• Manually: Print and complete the application then return the completed application to the appropriate child support enforcement office.
• Online: Complete and submit an application online. The completed application will be directed to the appropriate child support enforcement office.
• By mail: Request that an application be mailed to you by contacting child support enforcement at 1-800-231-4255 or centralofficecse@nd.gov.
