50-06.3-02. Fees for services at regional centers. The department may charge and collect fees and expenses for services provided through its regional human service centers, and may authorize charging fees for child support services. The department may establish fee scales which recognize the service recipient’s or responsible relative’s ability to pay. The department shall adopt such rules as are necessary to implement this chapter and to define terms used in this chapter.
