CANCELED Fargo/Cass ICS 300

The Emergency Management office of Fargo and Cass County are hosting an ICS- 300 course in Casselton at the Casselton Fire Hall. The course will be held in 5 different sessions. All participants are required to completed all 5 sessions. The sessions will be held from 6;00pm to 10;00pm on each of the following nights. February 12, 19, 21, 26, and 28.

Course pre-requisites are ICS-100 and 200.

All State/Local/Tribal/Private sector and nongovernmental personnel at the mid-level management and higher levels should take ICS-300. These would include individuals serving as command staff, section chiefs, strike, team leaders, task force leaders, unit leaders, division/group supervisors, branch directors, and multi-agency coordination/emergency operations center staff. All state, local and private sector emergency management personnel should decide who within their organizations should take this training.
The course will include the following topic areas;
1. ICS staffing and organization to include reporting and working relationships and information flow.
2. Transfer of command.
3. Unified Command functions in a multi-jurdictional or multi-agency incident.
4. ICS forms.
5. Resource Management.
6. Interagency mission planning and procurement.

The North Dakota Department of Emergency Services will reimburse all qualified participants outside the Fargo area for meals and lodging at the State allowable rates.
