NDCA, along with the offices of State Treasurer Kelly Schmidt, State Auditor Joshua Gallion, and Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, as well as Governor Burgum, are exhibiting the works of North Dakota artists at the Capitol Building in Bismarck. The works are on display in the Treasurer’s and Auditor's third floor offices, the Attorney General’s first floor office, and in the Governor’s ground floor staff offices. To view works in the Governor’s Staff Offices on the Ground Floor please call (701) 328-2219.
This exhibition program is coordinated between these offices, and the North Dakota Council on the Arts. A new visual artist is selected every three months. Other artists listed below have had their works previously exhibited at the Capitol. Artists looking to represent their region with art work placed in the Capitol can submit a brief resume along with links/images of their work to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strengthen the creative capacity of North Dakota for all who live or visit here: honoring our cultural traditions, empowering excellence and innovation, inspiring arts and culture opportunities for all.
