Trulock, a member of C Company of Grafton in the Philippine campaign was sent to the Soldiers' Home at Lisbon this afternoon.

Trulock was a member of Young's Scouts and was wounded in the service. He is in poor health and his friends recommended that he accept treatment at the home provided for incapacitated soldiers.

Trulock died in August 1916, and was buried at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
